A failed payment can occur when:
Your card has expired (or maybe it isn’t active)?
If there aren’t sufficient funds on your account?
Anyway, fear not, it is super easy to fix. If you can’t solve the problem by doing a bit of money transferring, you will have to add a new credit card or update billing information.
Simply log on to your Sleeknote account, go to ’Account’, press ’Edit billing information’ and then ’Add credit card’, make sure your press 'Update billing information' in the end.
When you get notified that your payment has failed is it important
that you add or update your billing information as quick as possible so we don't have to deactivate your account.
