A failed payment can occur when:
- Your card has expired (or it isn’t active);
- If there aren’t sufficient funds on your account.
Anyway, fear not, it is super easy to fix. If you can’t solve the problem by doing a bit of money transferring, you will have to add a new credit card or update your billing information.
Simply log on to your Sleeknote account, go to ’Account’, click ’Edit billing information’ and then ’Add card’.
When you are notified that your payment has failed, is it important
that you add or update your billing information as quickly as possible so that we don't have to deactivate your account.
