Add Additional Users

Do your team members need access to your Sleeknote account? Add them as additional users, so they can use your account without needing your credentials.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your Sleeknote Dashboard.
  2. Go to your “Profile” page from the left-hand menu.


3. Switch to the “Users” tab next to “Change login information”.


4. Enter the email address you want to give access to under “Additional User” and click “Add User”.

Now, this user will receive an email where they can create a password for their account. Once they create a password, they can start using your Sleeknote account with their own credentials.

You can use the same menu to remove a user from your account by clicking the trash icon.

💭  Note: Additional users can use all the features in your Sleeknote account, but they don’t have access to certain account settings, such as changing your pricing plan, updating billing information, or downloading invoices.
