Geo-targeting allows you to show or hide your campaigns based on a visitor’s geographical location.

It’s perfect for announcing physical store openings in a city or excluding visitors from specific countries to see your campaigns due to delivery limitations.

🚨  Important: Geo-targeting works both on desktop and mobile. However, due to the limitations caused by cellular networks, we recommend using only country-level targeting on mobile campaigns, since we can’t guarantee the accuracy of city-level targeting on mobile.

To add the geotargeting condition to your campaign, go to the Display Settings step in your Campaign Builder.

Switch the “Geo-targeting” option on, select if you want to show or hide your campaign, and type the location you want to target.

Use the same option to add more cities, regions, or countries.
