Where can I find my leads?

If you set up an integration with your email service provider (ESP,) your new leads will automatically be sent to your system.

If you’re not using an ESP or if you need to manually locate your leads, you can easily download them from your account as a CSV file.

⚠️ Note: To comply with GDPR regulations, we’ll only store your new leads for three months. Three months after the signup date, the lead information will be deleted from our servers.


You can download the leads you collected through all your campaigns, as well as individual campaigns.

Here’s how.

Download All Your Leads

  1. Log in to your Sleeknote Dashboard.
  2. Visit “My Campaigns” and click “Download CSV” at the bottom of the page:

3. Click the "Take me there" button and we'll start generating your CSV file.

4. The button takes you to your profile page, where you can download your CSV file.


Simply scroll down to “Download CSV Files”.


5. Select your .csv file from the dropdown menu and click “Download CSV”.

Now your file with all the signups you collected in the last three months will be downloaded to your computer. 🎉

💭 Note: CSV files are deleted from our servers two days after they’re generated.

Download Leads Submitted to a Specific Campaign

If you’re hosting a giveaway or running a survey campaign, you might want to download the leads you collected through a specific campaign.

  1. Log in to your Sleeknote Dashboard.
  2. Go to the “My Campaigns” page.
  3. Find the campaign in your list of campaigns, click the three dots (...) and press “Generate CSV File”:

4. Click the "Take me there" button and we'll start generating your CSV file.

5. The button takes you to your profile page, where you can download your CSV file.


Simply scroll down to “Download CSV Files”.


6. Select your .csv file from the dropdown menu and click “Download CSV”.


Now your file with all the signups you collected through that campaign in the last three months will be downloaded to your computer. 🎉
