With Sleeknote’s Shopify App you can install Sleeknote directly in your Shopify store. The app includes all the features you know today, but with added Shopify-specific capabilities:
- Handle everything from Shopify Admin
- Use real-time data and Shopify-specific features
- New subscribers will automatically be added to Shopify
🚨 Note: There’s no extra cost for using the app and you’ll still have access to your historical data and current campaigns.
How to install the APP
1. Go to Shopify App store to find and install the Sleeknote app
2. To install the App click "install"
If you do not already have a Sleeknote account, you can start a free trial.
If you're already a Sleeknote user, you can log in using your main user account.
🚨 Important: You must use the email address you used to create your Sleeknote account. Have you logged in as a Team member you will have to reinstall the app.
3. To display popups on your store, you need to activate the app block in your theme. Click the button to open the theme editor and activate it.
You will now be taken to your store theme where you can activate the app.
4. You have now successfully installed the app and can return to your store admin to view and create campaigns.
💡 Remember to pin the Sleeknote app for easy access in your store.
Shopify App
With the Shopify App, you can go directly to your Sleeknote dashboard or start creating a new campaign right away.
From the dashboard, you get a full overview of all the campaigns in your Sleeknote account — including access to the analytics page, split tests, setting page and more.
If you want to create a new campaign, simply click the green plus icon in the top right corner.
Shopify features
With the Sleeknote app installed, you can show or hide pop-ups based on real-time data from your store.
By taking advantage of live Shopify data, you can control exactly when your campaigns are triggered. Select the Shopify trigger you want in the dropdown.
You also have full control over who your campaign is displayed to — for example, you can target visitors based on their cart value, geographic location etc.
You can use your customers’ cart value to encourage them to increase their order. For example, you might want to reward customers who spend more than €200 by showing them a special Sleeknote campaign. In the example below we target those who are close to the goal, by setting the condition:
“Cart Total is greater than 150 but less than 200.” This way, you can nudge them to add a bit more to their cart to unlock the reward.
SiteData
With SiteData, you can tailor your campaign to the right audience and create a more relevant and personalized shopping experience for your visitors.
SiteData gives you full control over who sees your campaigns and when, by allowing you to use custom variables from your website — such as shopping behavior, product interest, or customer status — to show or hide specific campaigns.
For example; If a customer adds a specific product to their shopping cart, you can display a campaign promoting a related item or offering a discount to increase the average order value.
🚨 Note: Variables and product names may very in your store so remember to match the right ones.
Shopify integration
With the Shopify integration, you can send campaign data directly to your store. To ensure the data ends up in the right place, make sure to map your campaign's input fields to the corresponding Shopify customer fields within the integration settings.
