The Sleeknote MCP connects your AI assistant, like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Grok, to your Sleeknote account. Once it's connected, you can ask questions about your campaigns in plain language and get answers based on your real data, without clicking through the dashboard.
What is an MCP?
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It's an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to other tools and use their data. Think of it as a secure bridge between your AI assistant and your Sleeknote account.
You don't need to be technical to use it. Once it's set up, you just chat with your AI assistant as you normally would.
What you can do
👀
For now, the Sleeknote MCP is read-only. Your AI assistant can look up your data, but it can't create, edit, activate, pause or delete anything in your account.
Get a quick overview
See what's running without opening the dashboard.
- "Which of my campaigns are active right now?"
- "Give me an overview of all my campaigns."
Understand your performance
Ask about views, conversions and conversion rates, and let your AI assistant do the comparing for you.
- "Which campaign had the highest conversion rate last month?"
- "Compare my exit-intent campaigns and tell me which one works best."
- "Which campaigns are underperforming?"
Follow your split tests
Check how your tests are going and which variant is ahead.
- "How is the split test on my newsletter popup performing?"
Build reports and summaries
Pull numbers together for a weekly update, a client report or a team meeting.
- "Summarize how my popups performed this week."
- "Write a short performance update I can share with my team."
Get ideas for improvements
Your AI assistant can look at your results and suggest what to try next. You then make the changes yourself in Sleeknote.
- "Based on my results, what should I test next?"
- "Why do you think this campaign converts better than the others?"

FAQ
Can my AI assistant activate or edit campaigns?
Not yet. The Sleeknote MCP is read-only for now, so make any changes in the Sleeknote dashboard.
Who can see my data?
Only the AI tools you connect with your credentials. Your AI provider handles the data according to its own privacy terms.
How do I stop an AI tool from accessing my account?
You have two options:
- Remove one tool: Remove the Sleeknote connection in that AI tool's settings, for example under Connectors or Apps.
- Remove all tools at once: In Sleeknote, go to View settings > MCP Client Credentials and click Delete credentials. Any AI tool using them can no longer connect. To connect again later, generate new credentials and add them to your AI tool.
Can I connect more than one AI tool?
Yes. Your account has one set of credentials, and you can use the same set in several AI tools. If you regenerate them, update every tool that uses them.
