Connect Sleeknote to Grok as a custom connector on grok.com. Once connected, Grok can use Sleeknote's tools whenever your questions are about your campaigns.
What you can do with the Sleeknote MCP
The Sleeknote MCP connects your AI assistant to your Sleeknote account. Instead of digging through the dashboard, you can ask questions about your campaigns in plain language and get answers straight away.
👀
For now, the Sleeknote MCP is read-only. Your AI assistant can look up your data, but it can't create, edit, activate, disable or delete anything in your account.
You can ask things like:
- "Which of my campaigns are active right now?"
- "Which campaign had the highest conversion rate last month?"
- "How is the split test on my newsletter popup performing?"
- "Summarize how my popups performed this week."
- "Compare my exit-intent campaigns and tell me which one works best."
This makes it quick to check performance, spot your best and weakest campaigns, and pull numbers for reports without exporting anything.
Step 1: Get your Sleeknote credentials
- In the bottom-left corner of the Sleeknote dashboard, click View settings under your email address.
-
Scroll down to MCP Client Credentials and click Generate credentials.
-
A window opens with your Server URL, Client ID and Client secret. Click Copy next to each one and store them somewhere safe, like a password manager. Then click Done.
⚠️
Copy your client secret before you click Done. Sleeknote only shows it once. If you lose it, click Regenerate credentials to get a new pair. Regenerating replaces the old credentials, so any AI tool still using them stops working until you update it.
Step 2: Add Sleeknote as a custom connector
- Go to grok.com/connectors.
- Click New Connector, then select Custom.
- In Name, enter Sleeknote.
- In Server URL, paste
https://api.sleeknote.com/mcp. - Paste your Sleeknote Client ID into Client ID.
- Paste your Sleeknote Client secret into Client Secret.
- Leave the endpoints and scopes that Grok fills in automatically as they are.
- Click Add Connector, then Connect, and approve access.
Grok Business and Enterprise
On team plans, an admin adds the connector first:
- The admin clicks + Add Connector, selects Other, and enters the server URL and credentials.
- Members then go to grok.com/connectors and connect Sleeknote for themselves.
If you don't see the custom connector option, ask your Grok admin to set it up.
Step 3: Use Sleeknote in a chat
- Start a new chat with the Sleeknote connector turned on.
- Ask Grok something, for example: "Summarize how my popups performed this week."
Using Grok Build (CLI) or the xAI API? These are set up separately from grok.com. Contact Sleeknote support for setup help.
