How to find your chat history
Each domain on your account has its own chat history.
- Select the website you want to see chats for
- Browse the list of past conversations for that domain
- Click any past chat to reload it and continue where you left off
How answers are structured
Most answers start with a short highlighted line. That's your direct answer. More detail follows underneath, so you get the gist right away and can dig deeper if you need to.
How to give feedback
At the end of every chat, you'll see a feedback option.
- Rate the chat
- Add a comment if you want to share more detail
- Submit. Your feedback goes straight to our team
